The challenge
Premium products don't sell themselves online.
Crown Pavilions is a premium brand in luxury outdoor living and garden buildings — a category where every customer is high-intent and high-value. But premium products don't sell themselves online. Their existing website wasn't built for how people discover brands today: it struggled in search, gave search engines little to work with, and offered nothing for the AI tools an increasing share of buyers now use to research before they ever land on a site. Demand was being left on the table, and the brand's digital presence didn't match the quality of the product.
The approach
Fix the root, not the symptoms.
We treated the problem at its root rather than patching the symptoms. First, we designed and built an entirely new website, engineered from the ground up to be both SEO- and AI-friendly — clean technical architecture, fast performance, structured data and content organised the way both search engines and answer engines expect to read it. On top of that foundation, we ran a full SEO and editorial programme: technical SEO to remove every barrier to ranking, keyword and content strategy mapped to real buyer intent, and editorial-grade writing that earns rankings while reading like it was written by a brand, not an algorithm. Crucially, the site was structured so that AI tools could understand, cite and surface Crown Pavilions in the answers buyers now ask for — putting the brand in front of demand at the exact moment it forms.
The results
A different shape of funnel.
The new site and SEO programme didn't just lift rankings — they changed the shape of the funnel.
- 4,000+° qualified leads per month
- £400,000+° in revenue generated within 3 months
- Discovery engine a website that now works for both people and AI
“InfactAI rebuilt our entire digital presence around how customers actually search today. The new site and their SEO work transformed the volume and quality of leads coming through — the results speak for themselves.”
